Weekly Round-up: Doilies

First week down with our new blog format. We are pretty happy with the way it came out and really excited for what we have planned. Kelly and I look forward to giving you guys some great DIY inspiration. This week we showed you 1) how to stiffen doilies with glue and use them as an aisle decoration, 2) sew them together and use them as a curtain or backdrop and 3) wrap and pin a doily around the base of a bouquet.

WHERE TO BUY:

If you live in or near the Long Beach, California one of our favorite craft resources, and where we purchased all of our doilies, is Fabric Barn. If not, JoAnn’s Fabrics usually keeps crochet doilies in stock. Most craft stores will sell them. Also check on Etsy and Ebay. Good luck and let us know if you have any great sources for crochet doilies – we always love a good craft deal!
